Entire Renewables Summer Solar Competition 2026
1. Promoter
1.1 Entire Services Ltd trading as Entire Renewables (registered in England and Wales) whose registered office is at Blackmare House, Chester Road, Little Budworth, Tarporley, Cheshire, CW6 9EX (the "Promoter", "Us", "We", "Our") operates this prize draw (the "Draw") resulting in the allocation of a prize (the "Prize") to the winner (the "Winner") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 1.2 We can be contacted by the following methods: Post: Entire Renewables, Blackmare House, Chester Road, Little Budworth, Tarporley, Cheshire, CW6 9EX Email: info@entirerenewables.co.uk Phone: 01606 374 994 1.3 The Promoter is a solar panel installation company. This Draw is a one-off promotional prize competition and is not the Promoter's primary business activity.2. The Draw
2.1 This is a prize competition as defined under the Gambling Act 2005. Entry requires the correct answer to a skill-based question. The Draw is not a lottery. 2.2 The Draw has both a paid entry route ("Paid Entry") and a free postal entry route ("Postal Entry"). The system for selecting the Winner does not differentiate between Paid Entries and Postal Entries. 2.3 The Draw opens on the date stated on the competition page of the Website (entirerenewables.co.uk) and closes on 20th June 2026 at 23:59 BST (the "Closing Date"), or when the maximum number of entries has been reached, whichever is sooner. 2.4 The Winner will be drawn on 21st June 2026 (the "Draw Date"). The Draw will be conducted live on the Promoter's Facebook page. 2.5 A maximum of 40,000 entries are available for this Draw. Once the maximum has been reached, no further entries (Paid or Postal) will be accepted.3. Eligibility
3.1 The Draw is open to all persons aged 18 or over who are resident on the United Kingdom mainland, except employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members, who are prohibited from entering. 3.2 By entering the Draw, You confirm that You are aged 18 or over and are legally resident on the UK mainland. 3.3 By entering the Draw, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. 3.4 The Draw is governed by English law. Any matters or disputes relating to the Draw will be dealt with under English law and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.4. Entry Process: Paid Entry
4.1 To enter via Paid Entry, visit the Draw page on the Website at entirerenewables.co.uk/summer-raffle/. 4.2 You must correctly answer the skill question displayed on the Draw page. Incorrect answers will not be entered into the Draw. 4.3 A single entry costs £1.20. When purchasing two or more entries in the same transaction, the price is £0.99 per entry. You may purchase up to 100 entries per transaction. 4.4 Payment can be made via debit card, credit card, or PayPal. 4.5 Once payment has been processed and the skill question answered correctly, You will receive an email confirming Your entry into the Draw. 4.6 When entering via Paid Entry, You must provide Your full name, email address, phone number, and residential address.5. CW6 9EX 5.2 Your Postal Entry must include: (a) Your full name (b) Your email address (c) Your phone number (d) Your residential address (e) Your answer to the skill question: "What do solar panels generate?" (options: Water, Electricity, or Wi-Fi) 5.3 Incorrect answers to the skill question will not be entered into the Draw. 5.4 One free Postal Entry is permitted per person. 5.5 Postal Entries must arrive by 20th June 2026. Entries received after this date will not be accepted. 5.6 A Postal Entry will be treated in exactly the same way as a Paid Entry. There is no difference in the odds of winning between Paid and Postal Entries. 5.7 Illegible or incomplete Postal Entries will not be entered into the Draw. 5.8 Automated or bulk Postal Entries (multiple entries within the same envelope) will not be accepted.
6. Skill Question
6.1 All entrants, whether entering via Paid Entry or Postal Entry, must correctly answer the following skill question to qualify for entry into the Draw: "What do solar panels generate?"A) Water
B) Electricity
C) Wi-Fi 6.2 Only entries with the correct answer will be entered into the Draw. Incorrect answers will not qualify and will not be refunded. 6.3 The inclusion of this skill question means this Draw operates as a prize competition under Section 339 of the Gambling Act 2005, rather than as a lottery.
7. Selecting a Winner
7.1 The Winner will be selected on 21st June 2026 using a verifiably random number generator from all valid entries received by the Closing Date. 7.2 The Draw will be live streamed on the Promoter's Facebook page. 7.3 There will be one Winner only. 7.4 The Promoter's decision is final regarding all aspects of the Draw. 7.5 In the event of any technical malfunction during the Draw process, the Promoter reserves the right to stop and repeat the Draw. 7.6 We will attempt to contact the Winner by email and phone using the contact details provided at the time of entry. It is Your responsibility to ensure these details are accurate and up to date. 7.7 If We are unable to contact the Winner within 14 days of the Draw, or the Winner fails to confirm acceptance of the Prize, or the Winner is disqualified for breaching these Terms and Conditions, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternative Winner will be selected using the same process. 7.8 The Promoter reserves the right to bring the Draw Date forward if all 40,000 entries are received before the Closing Date. In that event, the Winner will be selected from all valid entries received before the Draw was closed. 7.9 A minimum of 25,000 entries must be received for the Draw to take place on the scheduled Draw Date. If fewer than 25,000 entries have been received by the Closing Date, the Promoter reserves the right to extend the Closing Date and Draw Date until the minimum is reached. Any extension will be communicated to all entrants by email and announced on the Website and the Promoter's social media channels. All existing entries remain valid and carry forward into the extended Draw. 7.10 If the minimum entry threshold has not been reached within 90 days of the original Closing Date, the Promoter reserves the right to either continue to extend the Draw or to cancel it. If the Draw is cancelled, all Paid Entries will be refunded by the original payment method and the Promoter will have no further liability to any entrant. 7.11 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control or to comply with legal or regulatory requirements. If the Draw is cancelled, all Paid Entries will be refunded by the original payment method.8. Prize
8.1 The Winner may choose one of the following: Option A: Solar Installation. A complete solar panel and battery storage system, professionally installed at the Winner's UK mainland residential property by the Promoter's MCS-certified installation team. This includes solar panels (up to 14 panels), a battery storage unit, inverter, all scaffolding, electrical work, MCS certification, and IWA registration. The installation is worth up to £15,000. Option B: Cash. A cash payment of £15,000, paid directly into a verified UK bank account belonging to the Winner. 8.2 The Winner must confirm their choice of Prize within 14 days of being notified. If no choice is confirmed within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to award Option B (cash) by default or to forfeit the Prize and select an alternative Winner. 8.3 If the Winner chooses Option A, the Promoter will carry out a survey of the Winner's property to assess suitability for solar panel installation. If the property is not suitable for installation (due to roof type, orientation, structural issues, planning restrictions, or any other reason determined by the Promoter), the Winner will receive Option B (£15,000 cash) instead. 8.4 If the Winner chooses Option A, the specification of the solar panel system will be determined by the Promoter based on the property survey. The system installed may differ from any example systems shown in promotional materials. 8.5 Installation of the Prize (Option A) will take place at a mutually agreed date within 90 days of the property survey, subject to weather, planning, and access requirements. 8.6 The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any alternative other than the two options stated above. 8.7 Winners are responsible for any taxes or duties in relation to receipt of the Prize. 8.8 This Draw and the Prize are not sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), PayPal, or any other third party.9. Winner Verification
9.1 The Winner will be required to provide documentary proof of age (18+) and identity before receiving the Prize. Acceptable documents include a passport or driving licence. 9.2 If the Winner chooses Option B (cash), payment will only be made into a UK bank account verified as belonging to the Winner. 9.3 The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the Prize until verification is completed to its satisfaction.10. Winner Publicity
10.1 Subject to the Winner's consent, the Winner's first name, county of residence, and photograph may be used by the Promoter for promotional purposes including on the Website, social media, and marketing materials. 10.2 The Winner may be invited to participate in publicity events including the installation day (if applicable). Participation is voluntary. 10.3 Use of the Winner's name and image for marketing purposes will only occur with explicit consent.11. Disqualification
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify any entrant if there are reasonable grounds for believing that the entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions. 11.2 The Promoter reserves the right to withhold or cancel an entry or the awarding of the Prize where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or abuse. 11.3 Entries submitted on behalf of another person will be disqualified. 11.4 All entries are final. No refunds will be made for Paid Entries unless the Draw is cancelled by the Promoter.12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 The Promoter makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, suitability, or fitness for purpose of any goods or services provided as the Prize, except as required by law. 12.2 Except for liability for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss suffered by any person in connection with the Draw. 12.3 The Promoter's maximum liability to the Winner shall be limited to the value of the Prize. 12.4 The Promoter's maximum liability to entrants who are not the Winner shall be limited to the amount paid by that entrant to enter the Draw. 12.5 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects Your statutory rights.13. Electronic Communications
13.1 No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for failed, partial, or garbled electronic transmissions, or for any hardware, software, network, or internet failures that prevent or affect entry to the Draw. 13.2 The Promoter shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure the Website operates correctly. Only entries recorded in the Promoter's systems will be entered into the Draw.14. Data Protection
14.1 Any personal data supplied by You will be processed by the Promoter to administer the Draw and fulfil the Prize, in accordance with the Privacy Policy on the Website. 14.2 Your contact details may be used to notify You if You win and to arrange delivery of the Prize. 14.3 With Your consent, Your details may be used for marketing communications from Entire Renewables. You can opt out at any time. 14.4 Your personal data will not be sold to third parties.15. General
15.1 If the Promoter fails or delays in enforcing any provision of these Terms and Conditions, this does not constitute a waiver of the right to do so. 15.2 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 15.3 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between You and the Promoter regarding the Draw. 15.4 A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions. 15.5 The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms and Conditions where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.16. Complaints
16.1 If You have any complaint about the Draw, please contact Us by email at info@entirerenewables.co.uk, stating Your name, address, and the nature of Your complaint. 16.2 We will investigate and aim to respond in writing within 14 days. 16.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects Your statutory rights.Terms and Conditions published: April 2026
